Sales Tax is collected only in states where we have a physical presence. Currently this only includes New York. Shipments within the New York subject to state, local and district sales tax. Shipments outside New York City but within the state of New York are subject to the local state sales tax rate.

We kindly remind our international customers that they may be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes upon delivery in their destination country. These fees are determined by customs authorities and are beyond our control. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

Orders normally ship within 6-8 weeks after an order has been placed. Once an order has been placed, cancellation is not possible. Full payment is due at time of order placement. We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers and checks.

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, email us at hello@fallingstar-studio.com within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will work to make things right. Please include your order number when writing.

Wallpaper should only be applied in rooms with adequate ventilation to ensure proper adhesion and longevity. In high-humidity spaces such as bathrooms, sufficient airflow is essential to prevent peeling or damage over time. A standard room ventilator or exhaust fan is typically sufficient to maintain appropriate conditions.
