Hand-painted by artist Mitch Ferrin, “Umbrellas” brings the familiar shapes and patterns of the classic beach umbrella to surface design. Ferrin’s expressionist approach brings a tactile quality to the pattern, and his signature observation of time’s passage is present as we watch the sun cast shadows onto the sand.
